Ordering

Do you ship free? Yes. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders inside the contiguous United States.

How long does delivery take? We pack in 1–2 business days. Carriers usually deliver in 3–5 business days after that, so most orders land in about 4–7 business days.

Can I track a package? Tracking goes to the email you used at checkout once the box leaves our bench.

What can I pay with? Credit card at checkout. Totals are in USD.

Returns

How long do I have? 30 calendar days from delivery for unused pairs in original packaging.

How do I start? Email [email protected] with the order number. We send a label when the return is eligible.

Who pays return postage? Eligible returns are free. No restocking fee.

Fit

What if I am between sizes? For closed-toe styles we generally suggest the larger size. Open-toe pairs can stay at your usual size. See the Size Guide for the full chart.
